Can I return my hair care purchase?
Unopened products may be returned in its original sealed condition for up to 30 days. Bottles with broken seals will not be accepted for return.

Unused hair extensions may be returned in its original condition for up to 30 days. Used hair extensions will not be accepted for return.
What do I do if my package was lost or sent back to you?
Please reach out to us if you do not receive your package and we'll be happy to assist. If the courier is unable to deliver your package for any reason, we will refund you. Don't forget to enter the correct street number and apartment number at check out.
